Bisou Bar Inc is a privately held, bootstrapped consumer products company. Since 2019 we have built and scaled four brands, reached more than 1,000 retail doors, entered national grocery and US specialty retail, and done it profitably with a team a fraction of the size our category considers normal.

That efficiency is the result of internal software we have been building for years, now converging into the Internal Horizon Intelligence Platform (IHIP), our proprietary system in development for identifying consumer demand ahead of the category and moving on it first. Our brands function as the platform's proving ground. Every launch, price move, and market entry is a live test with revenue consequences.
