Bisou Bar Inc is a privately held, bootstrapped consumer products company. Since 2019 we have built and scaled four brands, reached more than 1,000 retail doors, entered national grocery and US specialty retail, and done it profitably with a team a fraction of the size our category considers normal.

That efficiency is the output of internal software we have been building for several years. It now converges on Cortex, our internal platform. Cortex gives the business one accurate view of itself and lets a small team act on it fast, which is how four brands and more than 2,000 doors are run at this cost base. It is in development, and our brands are its proving ground. Every launch, price move, and market entry is a live test with revenue consequences.
